Journal of Remote Sensing

The Journal of Remote Sensing is the first comprehensive, open-access, specialized English academic Journal on Remote Sensing in China. Hosted by the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences (AIR-CAS) with co-sponsors of the State Key Laboratory of Remote Sensing Science and the State Key Laboratory of Microwave Imaging Technology, this Journal is a new Science Partner Journal distributed by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).

The Journal of Remote Sensing aims to establish and provide a platform for international exchange and cooperation and strictly carries out the international peer review system.

The scope of the Journal covers the scientific technology development of remote sensing, documenting the research achievements in the field of resources and environment such as agriculture, forestry, hydrology, geological minerals, marine, surveying and mapping, as well as the process of disaster monitoring and other cross-application fields.
